  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our office hours are Monday through Friday between 8 am to 5 pm. Our dispatch center is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 10 pm and extended weekend hours.
  • What number should I call to request rates, track shipments or to arrange pick-ups?

    You may request a rate quote and trace shipments by contacting our Customs Tracking operator. You may also send us an e-mail, view our Contact Us section or call us at 905-775-1755 or toll free: 1-800-655-0291.
  • Is ServiceStar Freightways customs bonded?

    Service Star Freightways is both US/Canada customs bonded, allows us to cross the border without having our trailer sealed. In the result that one of our shipments on an LTL load requires further inspection the remaining freight on the trailer will not be delayed along with it.
  • How much notice is required when arranging a pick-up?

    Please allocate approximately 24-hour notice for pickup. This helps ensure expedited services. If a same day pick-up is required, please contact us directly and we will make necessary arrangements where applicable.
  • What is your coverage and how long will it take?
